Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the administrative operations of the assigned division(s), and supporting the Project Manager as needed. This individual will have excellent organizational skills, an exceptional eye for detail, and a track record of successfully managing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in using spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for data entry, tracking, analysis, and reporting, particularly for managing order and equipment backlogs.
- Accurately creating and processing work equipment orders, including sales and rental orders, within the SAP system, based on customer needs and specifications, including product details, quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
- Efficiently managing the return of equipment within the SAP system, including creating return orders, verifying product details and quantities, tracking returns status, and ensuring proper disposition of the returned items.
- Working collaboratively with field service technicians to understand and address customer problems in the field, including gathering information, escalating issues, coordinating solutions, and communicating effectively with customers and technicians.
- Collaborating closely with the outside sales team to support their activities and help them achieve sales targets by providing administrative, technical, and communication assistance as needed

Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
- Physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time if necessary.
Work Experience Required:
- 3-5 years’ experience in administrative or coordinator role, related field or equivalent
Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for engaging potential clients, building rapport, and explaining product or service benefits effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and completeness
- Ability to take direction and perform tasks requested by Operations or Project Managers, Finance, or Marketing Team.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and possesses the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with SAP software preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
