▨* Compensation : *$71,000–$75,000/year
▨ General Responsibilities
Store Operations
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Monitor and analyze store performance and KPIs
- Implement and improve operational processes
Sales & Customer Experience
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth
- Provide excellent customer service and manage VIP customers
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage store staff
- Create employee schedules and manage team performance
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets
Inventory & Merchandising
- Manage inventory levels and product displays
- Execute visual merchandising strategies
- Analyze sales trends and optimize product selection
Communication
- Maintain strong communication with headquarters
- Execute promotions and marketing initiatives
▨ Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail store management
- Strong understanding of K-beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle retail
- Experience with sales performance and KPI management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in English required; Korean is a plus
- Authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
