As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the driving force behind our growth:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to attract and engage potential buyers in the E-Commerce industry
- Initiate meaningful connections through cold calling and responding to inquiries, introducing EZ-AD's impactful solutions
- Cultivate rapport with prospects to understand their needs, qualify their interests, and advance sales opportunities
- Secure Initial Qualified Appointments (IQAs) that lead to productive sales discussions
- Deliver essential information to the Sales team for tailored and effective demonstrations
- Foster long term relationships, positioning EZ-AD as a trusted solution provider
- Maintain meticulous records of all opportunities and update progress in our CRM system for seamless operations
- O/A Level or Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with CRM systems and chat software
- Background in IT is preferred, with experience in ERP or SaaS based software being a definite plus
- Drive and determination with a strong work ethic and passion for achieving sales targets
- Self motivated with a proactive, go getter attitude
- Clear, professional communication skills and skilled at building rapport
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Competitive base salary starting at $1,200 USD/month plus bonuses, with potential up to $1,800 USD/month+ based on performance
