What You’ll Do:

Support and guide team members with troubleshooting and installation challenges

Help improve job efficiency by assisting with diagnostics, planning, and reducing rework

Encourage team development by coaching others to build their own problem-solving skills

Share technical tips, product updates, and best practices during team meetings or group chats

Provide occasional phone support to field techs, even on non-scheduled workdays if needed

Assist in evaluating potential new hires when requested

Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions with team members and clients
What You’ll Bring:
