Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs tailored to commercial construction projects, aligning with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits to identify risks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Lead incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Oversee compliance management efforts, including workers' compensation claims processing and ensuring all activities meet federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to integrate EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) best practices into daily operations.
- Provide ongoing safety training sessions for staff, subcontractors, and visitors to promote awareness of risk management procedures.
- Maintain accurate records using construction management software for inspections, incidents, training logs, and compliance documentation.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction site safety management within commercial construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, NEC standards, workers' compensation processes, and occupational health principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management techniques specific to construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction management software tools used for safety tracking and compliance documentation.
- Hands-on experience conducting site inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train teams effectively on safety protocols.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
