SacredBound is a growing e-commerce company specializing in personalized Bibles and Christian gifts. We design, personalize, and ship our products in-house and sell across Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and other online channels.
Support our Design Director with product listings, catalog management, product data, and light creative work.
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with e-commerce systems and product information. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys organization, administrative work, e-commerce, and catching the little details others might miss.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Design Director with administrative projects, research, organization, and other day-to-day support as needed.
- Create and update product listings across Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and other sales channels.
- Maintain product information including ISBNs, translations, publishers, dimensions, features, pricing, images, and personalization options.
- Audit listings for missing, outdated, or incorrect information and help maintain consistency across channels.
- Help launch new Bible products, designs, and product variations.
- Maintain organized product spreadsheets, catalogs, databases, photos, artwork, and digital assets.
- Research and cross-reference product information for accuracy.
- Perform light Photoshop and Illustrator work, such as resizing images, cropping, simple edits, and preparing listing graphics. Help create simple product graphics and marketing materials.
- Assist with product descriptions, proofreading, and other product and e-commerce administrative projects.
- Can follow detailed instructions and established processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve organization and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and large amounts of product information.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to spot mistakes and inconsistencies without being asked.
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
- Comfort with repetitive, detail-heavy work while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership of work, and ask questions when something doesn't look right.
- Collaborative, positive, and comfortable working as part of a small team.
Helpful Experience
- Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Excel or Google Sheets.
- Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Product catalogs, product data, e-commerce copywriting, SEO, product photography, or image editing.
- Books, publishing, ISBNs, Bible products, Asana, or similar project-management software.
What Success Looks Like
- Product information is accurate, organized, complete, and consistent across every platform.
- New products launch correctly and existing listings stay up to date.
- Our Design Director can confidently hand off routine product, listing, catalog, and light creative tasks.
- You notice when something is missing, incorrect, inconsistent, or could be improved - not just when a task is complete.
Schedule & Pay
Part-Time: 20-25 hours per week
$20-$22/hour, depending on experience
On-site in Boise, Idaho
Opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the role and company grow.
