Job Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Quorum Land Analyst to review and validate lease document data, update payment, escalation, obligation, and term information in Quorum On Demand Land (ODL), and identify and escalate discrepancies as needed. The ideal candidate has experience with land records, lease administration, and Quorum ODL, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Job Description

Review lease documents and related data for accuracy in ODL

Review and update payment, escalation, obligation, and term information in ODL

Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to the Land Manager

Perform other duties as assigned
Skills Required
-
Experience in land records administration, with emphasis on real property leases, lease payments, payment escalations, and lease obligations

Experience with Quorum ODL

Basic land title experience preferred

Experience interpreting legal descriptions, plats, alignment sheets, and maps preferred.

Experience with Google Earth software preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Education/Training/Certifications

High School Degree or GED
