Construction Project Lead
Job description:
CRG Developers is a multi-family general contractor who works exclusively for our parent organization The Capital Realty Group, a national property management and development company. We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to supervise a commercial renovation upfit in Raleigh, NC with the long-term opportunity to oversee future projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities, managing budgets, and ensuring stringent quality standards are met. Projects are located across the country and you will be expected to travel regularly to job-sites.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met and the project stays on track.
- Lead project teams, including vendors, subcontractors, and Superintendents, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout the project.
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained across all phases of the project, managing quality control processes and inspections.
- Coordinate and communicate with management, including clients, internal teams, regulatory authorities, and external contractors, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Prepare for and participate in project close-out, including documentation, final inspections, and securing necessary approvals.
- Prepare and deliver applicable and timely project billings and subcontractor payments.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be goal-driven and detailed oriented
- Availability to travel as needed
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
