We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team! Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Adding drinks in POS for accurate order entry and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Handle cashing out guests accurately using cash handling skills & POS system per management
- Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow
- Following management workflow , opening & closing procedures
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to promote safety
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender or in food service roles within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as such clover POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient transactions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced shifts seamlessly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and retail math tasks
- Must be a team player to create a positive working environment for everyone.
- Previous experience in bar or the food industry will be considered an asset
- Must be at least 21 years old (or age as per local regulations) and hold relevant certifications if applicable
