This role serves as the central hub for internal communications on behalf of a premier client, coordinating project requests, driving cross-functional communication strategies, and creating compelling content that keeps sales teams informed, aligned, and engaged. The position also supports the development of high-impact visual assets and leverages bilingual Spanish-language skills to strengthen communication and connection across diverse audiences.

Manage the flow of communication and creative requests across the organization, ensuring priorities are clear, stakeholders are aligned, and deliverables are completed on time.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and distribute strategic messaging that drives awareness, understanding, and adoption of key programs, initiatives, and promotions

Develop engaging written content that informs, motivates, and inspires action while maintaining a consistent voice and brand presence.

Produce polished visual materials and marketing assets that enhance communication effectiveness and create a compelling audience experience

Utilize bilingual Spanish language capabilities to support broader audience engagement and deliver culturally relevant communications to diverse communities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and align communication deliverables with business priorities.

Identify opportunities to improve internal communication processes, workflows, and resource utilization to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness

Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related area such as design, communications, or integrated communications.

Meaningful experience working in a related field, with at least two years in a corporate communications environment.

Proven experience managing communication, marketing, or creative project workflows with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences, situations, and brand standards.

Hands-on experience with graphic design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.

Experience collaborating across multiple business functions, including sales, marketing, training, and operations.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority.

Proficiency with Google Workspace applications and digital collaboration tools.

High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to analyze communication effectiveness and recommend improvements based on audience feedback and engagement metrics.

Positive, adaptable, and confident approach to problem-solving with a strong commitment to team success.

Able to take initiative to push internal communication tools to the next level of effectiveness.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred.
