Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.

Lead and mentor Team Members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold Chick-fil-A's values.

Manage inventory, financials, and administrative tasks effectively.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:

High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of leadership or 2 years of college with a desire to grow in leadership

Availability to open and/or close the store (shifts may start as early as 5:00 a.m. or end as late as 11:00 p.m.)

You must have reliable transportation.

Proven track record of team leadership, with a focus on coaching and developing others.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
