We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Appointment Specialist (Sales Support) to join our growing team in Champaign. As our customer base continues to grow, we are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with customers, and providing exceptional support to both our sales team and customers.
This position is ideal for a college student or someone looking to gain valuable business experience while working in a professional environment with opportunities for advancement.
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: Until 7:00 PM
- Tuesday and Friday: Until 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We are willing to work around college schedules.
This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of Central Illinois's most respected automotive groups. Successful team members often advance into our Accounting Office, Business Development Center, Sales, Service, and Management teams.
This position also offers a monthly bonus opportunity in addition to competitive hourly pay.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments for customers
- Follow up with internet leads and customer inquiries by phone, email, and text
- Provide administrative support to the sales department
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records
- Coordinate with sales consultants to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression of the dealership
- Assist with additional sales support tasks as needed
