Location: Los Angeles, California. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity, offering a combination of in-office collaboration and flexible remote work.
Note: To be considered, you must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar and have at least 1 year of personal injury litigation experience, along with strong deposition and legal writing skills.

Job Description
- Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution.
- Draft complaints, motions, oppositions, mediation briefs, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
- Prepare and respond to written discovery.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and case management conferences.
- Develop litigation strategy while evaluating liability, damages, and evidentiary issues.
- Prepare clients for depositions, mediation, medical examinations, and trial.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, experts, and medical providers.
- Negotiate settlements and advise clients on case value and litigation strategy.
- Maintain deadlines and case management records.
- Assist with trial preparation and participate in trial as experience allows.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- 1+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong deposition experience.
- Excellent legal research and persuasive writing skills.
- Knowledge of California civil procedure and discovery.
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and litigation responsibilities.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
- Mediation, arbitration, or trial experience is a plus.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
