<Duties>

- Identify new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and industrial lighting markets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sample showings to decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and consistent follow-up.
- Provide accurate quotations, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to support promotions and product launches.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of LED technology, specifications, and competitive products.
- Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and generate weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Offer post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Attend trade shows, lighting expos, and networking events to expand brand presence.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate lighting solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
- Achieve sales target every month.

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee accounts, territories, and sales pipelines effectively.
- Expertise in business development techniques including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and tracking performance metrics.
