We’re looking for a warm, professional, and client-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
- Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and client documents
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
- Work closely with the team to ensure an excellent client experience
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience with multi-line phone systems (required)
- Previous experience in a professional office (law firm preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
