Guest Service & Event Booking Specialist
Location: Slick City Action Park Corporate Call Center, Fairview Heights, IL

Job Overview:
Slick City Action Park is seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused Guest Service & Event Booking Specialists to join our corporate call center team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service while assisting with event bookings and answering inquiries for our parks across the country. This position also offers the opportunity to earn commission on events booked!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing information about Slick City Action Parks and services.
- Assist guests with booking events, including birthday parties, group outings, and special occasions.
- Handle general inquiries about park hours, attractions, pricing, and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient booking process.
- Promote park events, special offers, and membership programs to enhance guest engagement.
- Provide solutions to guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computers and booking software; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
