Our newly renovated state of the art assisted living facility is currently seeking reliable, passionate, and professional HHA's to join our team. Applicants must hold a valid HHA or PCA certification for consideration.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with meals.
- Assisting residents with personal care and ADLs.
- Execution and documentation of individualized care plans.
- Tidying common areas, residents' rooms, and dining areas.
- Ability to work as a team and to work individually.
- Assist with transporting residents to medical appointments.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes or concerns.
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment.
