Job Summary
We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate with a valid CDL license (preferred) and forklift experience to join our team. This position involves a mix of warehouse and delivery duties maintaining inventory, loading/unloading materials, and safely transporting goods to customers. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced environment..
Duties
- Safely load and unload materials from trucks using a forklift or pallet jack.
- Drive a company vehicle to complete deliveries on assigned routes.
- Verify delivery quantities, obtain customer signatures, and complete all required paperwork.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Help manage warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations for warehouse and driving operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and best practices for materials handling and heavy lifting
- Experience with stocking, picking & packing, order picking, load & unload procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
