Compensation & Pay Structure:
- Pay per completed project
- Projects are paid after all assigned work is completed to standard and approved
- When working at an expected pace, project pay typically averages out to approximately $18/hour
- Faster, efficient workers often earn more than $18/hour
- Technicians keep 100% of tips
Job Duties:
- Pressure clean exterior surfaces of commercial and residential properties
Requirements:
- Prefer to have someone with some experience in exterior pressure cleaning, but not necessary
- Training and equipment will be provided
- Must be able to safely climb and work from a ladder to perform job duties
Skills:
- Experience in pressure cleaning or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and custodial practices
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
- Pressure wash around exterior areas of the property
