Full-Time PM Vacuum Sweeper Operator to join our team. This is a night shift position starting at
8:30 PM, working

Position Overview
As a PM Vacuum Sweeper Operator, you will be responsible for operating a commercial parking lot vacuum sweeper to maintain clean, safe, and debris-free properties. This role also includes general portering and detailed cleaning of parking lot areas.
Key Responsibilities-
Operate commercial vacuum parking lot sweeper equipment safely and efficiently

Remove debris, trash, and dirt from parking lots and surrounding areas

Perform portering duties including trash removal and liner replacement

Use backpack blowers to clean corners, curbs, and hard-to-reach areas

Conduct basic pre- and post-trip equipment inspections

Maintain a consistent route schedule

Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications-
Valid driver’s license required

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required

No CDL required

Experience operating sweepers or similar equipment is a plus, but not required

Ability to work independently during overnight hours

Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, and operating equipment
Schedule-
Wednesday through Saturday

Compensation & Benefits-
