Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have experience in pool maintenance and cleaning. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained for our clients. This role requires a hands-on approach, utilizing both hand tools and power tools to perform various tasks related to pool service and equipment repair.
Duties
- Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to conduct repairs on pool equipment.
- Inspect pools for any potential issues or repairs needed, reporting findings to management.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding pool maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment.
- Familiarity with pool maintenance techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
