Job Description:
The Sales Order Processor at D.V. KAP Home will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and efficient lead times. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer phone calls/emails and processing daily sales orders. This position requires a high level of accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Answer customer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance regarding products and orders.
- Order Processing: Accurately process daily sales orders, ensuring all details are correct and orders are entered into the system efficiently.
- Quota Achievement: Meet daily sales order processing quotas and contribute to the overall lead time efficiency.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and order processing
- Detail-oriented, accurate, professional, and organized while completing tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook)
- Capability to work and respond quickly under pressure.
- Ability to effectively solve issues and quickly address concerns.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
