Red Book Connect is currently seeking a Regional Business Development Executive to join our Sales organization in the Atlanta area. This position will focus on selling our suite of SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions to Restaurant, Hospitality and Retail organizations.
The position requires reps to:
- Aggressively prospect into successful restaurant, hospitality and retail businesses.
- Develop strategic C-level relationships
- Manage strategic sales cycle, from qualifying interest to closing the deal.
- Create a positive, professional, and fun environment to work at each and every day
- Develop and execute a consistent territory plan yielding ongoing revenue
- Clearly articulate the value and differentiate the family of RBC management and communication products
As a Regional Business Development Executive, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Develop a geographically aligned territory to provide consistent revenue contribution
- Manage a portfolio of Regional accounts
- Proactively manage and respond to incoming sales leads from your territory.
- Provide excellent service and support to your prospects and customers.
- Maintain a weekly sales forecast and achieve (or surpass) your quarterly quota for pipelines and bookings.
- Be able to execute a defined sales process and be able to accurately document all activity
- Work within Salesforce.com with 100% accuracy
Performance for a Regional Business Development Executive will be measured by:

Job Requirements
- 5 – 6 years Sales experience
- Knowledge of large restaurant, retail, hospitality organizations
- Strong knowledge and experience working with franchise operations a plus
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Understanding of our to build, execute and manage strategic deal cycles
- Energetic, creative, organized, and self-motivated individuals.
