We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Go-Kart Pit Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the instructions, safety and the running of races, ensuring that all karts are safe, efficient, and ready for use. You will work closely with other team members to provide an exceptional experience for our customers while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Giving detailed instructions of safety and rules for each group racing as well as holding the safety standards for the full duration of each race
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure Safe and timely races
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries related to go-kart operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in go karts and running attractions is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Experience in customer service roles is a plus, as you will interact with customers regarding their experiences.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 34 per week
