Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our sales team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will develop strategic sales initiatives, foster strong client relationships, and oversee daily sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals across all property types.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
- Cultivate promising leads
- Conduct negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms and close deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales tactics proactively.
- Manage administrative tasks to maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with area groups/accounts.
- Attend and network at community events
- Schedule and visit outside sales calls
