We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chemist to join our innovative research and development team. Responsibilities
- The Chemist ensures products meet or exceed customer requirements for quality and food safety while developing expertise in specific systems.
- This role supports process improvement, analytical testing, and compliance, contributing to customer satisfaction, reduced process variation, waste reduction, and cost minimization.
- Success is measured by the ability to troubleshoot, analyze data, and act as a specialist backup when needed.
- Quality & Food Safety: Assess quality parameters, raw materials, calibration, maintenance, procedures, and food safety systems.
- Analytical Testing: Oversee and audit analytical testing performed in control rooms; ensure timely and accurate results.
- Process Improvement: Analyze data, identify trends, troubleshoot issues, recommend corrective actions, and support recovery realization.
- Training & Partnership: Maintain chemist‑technician partnerships and coordinate training systems.
- Customer Compliance: Approve final production, ensure compliance with customer specifications, and handle audits, initiatives, and follow‑ups.
- Independent Problem Solving: Resolve moderately complex issues independently, escalating more complex matters as needed.
MUST HAVE:
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience working as a Chemist.
- Quality & Safety: Proven ability to perform chemical analysis and testing to ensure strict Food Quality and Food Safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related scientific field.
Shift Timings: 7AM - 7PM
Weekly schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
