Will-Mor Manufacturing is hiring a General Facilities and Machine Shop Maintenance Technician!
Candidate must possess experience in preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery in a CNC shop, including building maintenance, adjustments involving the use of measuring instruments, schematics, ladder diagrams, and blueprints.

Troubleshooting CNC equipment and ensuring Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures are completed.

Troubleshooting and performing corrective maintenance on CNC equipment.

Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment consistently in a metal shop.

Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals.

Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.

Assist in the installation and upgrading of new machinery and equipment.

Small project building repairs, lawn care, snow and ice removal, and other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Housekeeping, Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the machine shop to maintain operational effectiveness by sweeping and cleaning shop floors, cleaning equipment, removing trash, and performing other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
