Quality Control Supervisor in food manufacturing for the wholesale baking industry
1) Test/Verify allergen clean outs
2) Prepare samples and paperwork for 3rd party labs
3) Schedule monthly micro testing for plant
4) Be familiar with metal detection procedures
5) Enforce GMPs, sanitation, and company policies and procedures
6) Maintain records and logs
7) Prepare and send documents to customers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality control and assurance within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and quality audits
- Proficient in quality inspection techniques and methodologies
- Ability to develop and implement effective quality systems and processes
- PREFERRED: SQF Practitioner
- REQUIRED: HACCP Certification
- REQUIRED: PCQI Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
