Our San Francisco office is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a motivated Estimator who wants more than just a job. This is an opportunity to help build a new office, work directly with ownership, and grow with a company that is expanding quickly.

What you’ll do
This role is a combination of field estimating and office coordination.
Approximately 60% of your time will be spent in the field, including:
- Meeting with homeowners after property damage losses
- Inspecting reconstruction and restoration projects
- Writing estimates using Xactimate
- Conducting site inspections and final walkthroughs
- Securing new restoration and reconstruction jobs
- Responding to large fire and emergency loss opportunities
- Building relationships with customers and referral partners
Approximately 40% of your time will be spent in the office, including:
- Managing estimates and supplements
- Communicating with insurance carriers and adjusters
- Reviewing scopes of work
- Closing out completed jobs
- Maintaining project documentation
- Supporting project coordination and administrative functions
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who can work independently, communicate professionally, and help grow a fast-paced restoration business.
Qualifications
- Experience in restoration, reconstruction, or insurance estimating
- Xactimate experience required
- Strong knowledge of residential reconstruction and insurance restoration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage both field and office responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year
