Responsibilities

- Over site of 2 paint crews
- Help recruit and train qualified painters
- Prep/Paint and drywall specialist
- Be a part of every job every day
- Make sure crews are on the job on time
- Oversee all vehicle maintenance
- Have work orders and ALL material for every job
- Over see ALL projects for every job
- Responsible for everything on the job site and your crews
- Make sure the jobs are started and completed on time to perfection
- Prep/Paint whatever you need to do to help the crews succeed
- Keep vans/ shop area clean, stocked and organized
- Pick up ALL paint and materials as needed and staged for the crews
- Take care of all equipment and tools
- Handle all issues on the job and with customers
- Continue to learn and perfect the craft of painting
- Anything needed for 100% success

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
