Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of commercial, industrial, and construction sites. Duties
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and systems in commercial and industrial environments.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to accurately execute electrical installations.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to perform electrical work on construction sites or renovation projects.
- Test electrical circuits using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to diagnose issues accurately.
- Work with low voltage and high voltage systems in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automation processes.
- Collaborate with construction teams, frame carpenters, and handyman personnel to coordinate electrical tasks within broader project scopes.
- Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents or hazards related to electrical work on-site.
Experience
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems in construction or renovation environments.
- Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to electrical installations.
- Familiarity with NEC guidelines, low voltage wiring, high voltage systems, and power distribution principles.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, along with power tools necessary for electrical work.
- Experience working on construction sites or renovation projects with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics used in automation systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting electrical issues effectively.

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
