The following position are currently interviewing:
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Performs routine general and preventive maintenance of the Kōʻula complex buildings, equipment, and furniture. Refers and coordinates repairs to the interior and exterior of the property.
Requirements: Three (3) years’ experience in general maintenance duties and facility in the use of power and hand tools. Previous experience in hotel, condominium, and residential units preferred. Demonstrates ability in performing a wide range of maintenance skills including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, painting, and pool maintenance. Knowledge of single and 3-phase electrical wiring.
Ability to read and write; must be mobile app familiar.
Must possess a valid Hawaii driver's license.
High School diploma preferred. Trades education or training is highly desirable.
Drug test required.
Background check required.
Starting $19.00-$20.00/hour
Full time position available.
Nights, weekends, and holidays required.
