Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Teacher/Assistant Teachers to join our dynamic team of dedicated early learning professional. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a positive learning atmosphere, supporting children's growth, and implementing age-appropriate curriculum. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for preschool or toddler age groups
- Support classroom management and behavior guidance to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
- Provide individualized attention to children with diverse needs
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities
- Support classroom organization, including preparing materials and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and participating in staff meetings
Skills & Job Requirements
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages
- Experience with classroom management strategies and behavior management techniques
- Ability to work effectively with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers and preschoolers
- Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members
- Ability to adapt lesson plans for children with diverse learning styles and needs.
- Ability to work in an ever changing, fast paced environment
- Able to lift more than 25 pounds as well as lower self to be eye-level with children
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Credits in Early Childhood Education preferred but not require
- First & CPR Certification within 90 days of hire
- Complete background check with fingerprints upon hire offer

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
