The Premier Group is hiring Finish Carpenters of all skill levels for active commercial interior projects in Salt Lake City, UT and surrounding areas. We’re looking for dependable tradespeople who take pride in clean, detailed work—whether you specialize in millwork, drywall, framing, or full interior build-outs.
Responsibilities:
- Install architectural millwork, casework, and finish systems
- Work with laminate (PL), woodwork, and specialty finishes
- Perform metal stud framing and drywall installation/finishing
- Hang, tape, patch, and finish drywall
- Install doors, frames, and hardware (DFH)
- Install acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) and specialty ceilings
- Assist with interior demolition and layout for tenant improvements (TI)
- Read and work from blueprints and construction drawings
- Coordinate with other trades to stay on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Requirements:
- Experience in finish carpentry, drywall, metal framing, or commercial construction preferred
- Entry-level candidates with strong work ethic encouraged to apply
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic layout
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Ability to work full-time on commercial job sites
