Experience working with children or teens in an educational, camp, or rehearsal setting.
Ability to lead or assist in managing a classroom or rehearsal space.
Comfort teaching or facilitating theatre-based activities.
Ability to communicate clearly with students, staff, and families.
Be physically able to move throughout campus spaces and accompany students to activities.
Ability to recognize and respond to safety concerns, including student health and behavior.
Ability to observe student behavior and respond appropriately to group dynamics and individual needs.
Previous experience in theatre education, camps, or youth programs.
Interest in ensemble-based theatre and collaborative creation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
Willingness to take initiative and problem-solve in real time.
Enthusiasm, patience, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
