Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staffing.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant environment.

Maintain excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, communication, and a strong work ethic.

Exude a high level of hospitality to our guests and employees.

Hire, train and develop new hourly team members.

Optimize profits by building sales and assisting with the control of food, labor and beverage costs.

Provide FOH leadership and direction to all team members - coaching in real time.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staffing

Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology
-
Craft cocktail, wine and beer knowledge a plus
-
Ability for stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
