SCCI is currently seeking an Engineer / Analyst to join our team in support of the Surface Combat Systems Training Center (SCSTC) and Missile Defense Agency (MDA). In this position you will support MDA with BMD baseline specific tactical documentation development and support fleet feedback events, as well as Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) development. This position is located in Dahlgren, VA.

Provide Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures support for Aegis BMD baselines 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, 9.x, and Aegis Adaptation baselines as applicable (e.g., Aegis Guam System, Aegis Underlayer)
Provide Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support of Focused Fleet Feedback and Warfighter Engagements
Provide updates to BMD Staff Guide and updates/development of other operational documentation, as required
Participate in reviewing, tracking, and reporting on Real World Operations within the MDA AB and, as applicable, provide tactical guidance
Essential Skills and Experience:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active Secret Security Clearance
High school diploma
Four (4) years of combat system shipboard experience on board an AEGIS platform including (2) deployments as a CIC watch-stander
Excellent oral communication skills
Ability to write clear, logically sequenced, and grammatically correct documents
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Have attention to detail, care about the quality of work, and a drive for results
Must have organizational, task tracking, and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
3 years' experience with the AEGIS Combat System Development to include design, development, test and evaluation, lifetime support maintenance, configuration management, and tactical training
Experience in the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), SCORM, and Web multimedia development tools such as HTML 5
