We are Hiring Immediately for a Bilingual Seasonal Team Lead position!
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) Seasonal Warehouse Lead to join our team. You will lead a crew through busy, high-pressure holiday seasons (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), ensuring that delicate floral products are received, stored, packed, and shipped with speed and accuracy, maintaining the cold chain.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train seasonal staff, fostering a productive, high-energy, and safe work environment.
- Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate instructions, safety procedures, and daily goals in both English and Spanish.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, packing, and loading of flower shipments.
- Quality Assurance and Cold Chain: Inspect perishable inventory for quality; ensure products are stored in appropriate temperature-controlled environments.
- Order Fulfillment: Check pick tickets for accuracy and ensure timely shipping of orders to clients.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace, adhering to company and OSHA policies.
