Before your shift is complete you must clean, and sanitize your station
Before leaving you must clean and check out with a manager
Putting away and checking in orders as they arrive
Basic kitchen cleaning like sweeping, mopping, taking the trash out and helping the dishwashers
Doing dishes in the absence of a dishwasher, but also helping the dishwasher when there is one and we are busy
Listening to the directions of the Chefs, sous chefs, and line cooks to create a harmonious work environment
