Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with their financial needs. Responsibilities:
- Assist members with various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Process loan applications and provide information on loan products and services
- Perform loan origination tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate member records and update information as needed
- Promote financial products and services to meet member needs and goals
- Utilize cash management skills to handle cash transactions accurately
- Build strong relationships with members to enhance their overall banking experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a banking or financial institution preferred
- Strong math skills, including proficiency in basic math and retail math
- Knowledge of loan processing and origination procedures
- Familiarity with cash management practices
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Proficient in 10-key typing for accurate data entry
-Credit Union experience is a plus. Familiarity with the Portico system is preferred.
