We are one of the largest local automotive lenders in the Susquehanna Valley and we're looking to expand out team of outgoing and sharp problem solvers to work with our existing customer. Responsibilities include maintaining a relationship with current customers to keep their open loans with the company current and to provide guidance to customers when needed. This would include making/ receiving phone calls, having one on one in person conversations with customers as well as digital communication.
Our company has a 24 year history of working with a very loyal customer base and we are committed to finding every way possible to work with our customers to complete payments on their loans to improve their credit.
We are looking for team players who are motivated to work with other members of their department to accomplish goals and overcome challenges.
This position is full time/ in office and does require Saturdays and some nights. Bilingual encouraged but not required. No experience is required.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
