Position Summary:
Fayette Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all nursing operations
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes
Manage staffing, scheduling, and budgets
Lead quality improvement initiatives
Mentor and develop nursing staff
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Maryland
Prior DON or leadership experience in SNF
Strong regulatory knowledge
