Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, cooks, and support staff to achieve operational excellence
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards in compliance with health regulations
- Supervise shift management to ensure timely service and optimal customer satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, including cash handling procedures
- Train and develop staff through ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and onboarding programs
- Monitor food production processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently
- Implement budgeting strategies to control costs while maximizing profitability
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment aligned with hospitality best practices
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions to build a strong team committed to excellence
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a quick service or fast food restaurant, with a background in food industry management preferred
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, including team management and training & development
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food handling procedures
- Ability to lead with energy and motivation in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is advantageous; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills for interviewing, training, and supervising staff
