Summary: The Office Administrator is responsible for enforcing and implementing safety policies, food safety policies, shipping coordination along with keeping proper documentation organized on site. Other duties may be assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- General office clerical skills (filing, typing, meeting scheduling).
- Office equipment operator (10-key calculator, data entry, photocopier, facsimile machine).
- Maintain files of shipping records in an organized manner for prompt retrieval.
- Must be flexible with hours as business needs require.
- Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances report to HR.
- Addresses errors and complaints and seeks appropriate resolution.
- Responsible for assisting in monitoring verification of critical control points (CCP), product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Management of on-site shipping and coordination with Almond Co’s shipping department.
- Assist in creating, reviewing and maintaining production documents including, archival storage & organization master document storage, certificates of analysis, etc.
- Ensures the correct guidelines for products are met during processing. Perform inspections on Products, Equipment and Machinery. Report any unusual circumstances and discusses options and recommends course of action to be taken.
- Responsible for assisting in maintaining and performing audits of food safety programs.
- Ensures employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices.
- Assists in educating employees on food safety policies, programs and procedures.
- Assist in customer complaint resolution and communication.
- Assist in the compliance with all appropriate 3rd and 2nd party audits.
- Maintain a good attendance record. Ability to work long hours, especially during peak production period. Physical presence at the facility is required. Employee can’t work remotely.

-Must have a valid Driver's license and pass a DMV records check.
Language Skills
Ability to read, speak and comprehend English and Spanish.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
