XO BIMBI is an exciting children's boutique with a focus on more natural items currently located in Poland, OH. Our mission is to be the best children’s store that inspires parenthood and ignites childhood by enhancing the satisfaction of the gift-giving experience filled with love, style, and quality.
We’re looking for a warm, personable team member to create an exceptional in-store experience for our customers.
This is not your typical retail role—it’s perfect for someone who loves helping others, has a natural eye for styling, and enjoys putting together thoughtful gifts and outfits.
You won’t be “selling”—you’ll be thoughtfully guiding customers in creating meaningful, well-paired gifts. From themed selections to intentional add-ons, you’ll help build pieces that feel cohesive, elevated, and truly special—so the person receiving the gift loves it just as much as the person giving it.

> What You’ll Do
Customer Experience
- Greet customers with a genuine, welcoming approach
- Help customers find the perfect gifts, outfits, and add-on items
- Thoughtfully suggest pairings that elevate each purchase
- Provide personalized recommendations based on occasion, age, and needs
- Create a smooth, positive checkout experience
Styling & Sales Support
- Build curated gift bundles and outfit combinations
- Assist customers in completing their purchases with intentional add-ons
- Maintain strong product knowledge to thoughtfully guide customers—pairing items by theme, interest, or developmental focus to create cohesive, elevated gifts
Store Upkeep & Merchandising
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Maintain displays throughout the day
- Provide store support as needed, including tagging, steaming, and preparing merchandise, as well as assisting with in-store or online needs

- Ability to guide purchases in a helpful, non-pushy way
- Enjoys connecting with customers and creating a great experience
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
Retail experience is a plus—but not required. The right personality and mindset matter more than experience.
