What You'll Be Doing
- Lead all daily warehouse and Final Mile delivery operations.
- Recruit, coach, and develop supervisors, associates, and Independent Contractors.
- Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inbound receiving, staging, deluxing, repairs, returns, and outbound delivery operations.
- Own facility financial performance, labor planning, and budget execution.
- Monitor KPIs to improve on-time delivery, reduce damages, and increase operational efficiency.
- Conduct ride-alongs and field audits to ensure exceptional delivery quality.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Build a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of Final Mile or Last Mile logistics leadership experience.
- 3–5 years managing warehouse or distribution operations.
- Experience leading large operational teams and Independent Contractor networks.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience with furniture preparation, repairs, or deluxing is highly preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing operational budgets.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
