Provenir Healthcare is partnering with a growing, physician-founded healthcare organization to recruit Board-Certified Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Physicians for its expanding outpatient primary care practices throughout San Antonio, Texas.
This organization is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while providing physicians with a collaborative practice environment that emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, and long-term patient relationships. - 100% Outpatient Practice
- Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm
- No weekends
- Average of 16–18 patients per day
- Adult patient population (18+)

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician
- Outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Active Texas medical license
- Unrestricted DEA
