Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Ideal Window Manufacturing is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you'll work with our dealers, distributors, and internal sales team to process customer orders, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a team environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders into our ERP system
- Answer customer phone calls and emails
- Provide order status updates and respond to customer inquiries
- Process order changes, service orders, warranty claims, and return requests
- Communicate with our Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Follow up on customer requests and open orders
- Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills and experience with business software
- Experience with an ERP system is preferred
- Experience with FeneVision is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or the window and door industry is a plus
- Experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe PDF is preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Remote position
