- Previous coaching experience is preferred.
Experience in football and football techniques is essential.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- The coach must have completed or completed a mandatory coaches certification class under the Virginia High School League.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
- Minimal travel may be required to and/or from sporting events within neigboring localities.
