Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled tradesman’s with experience in a little bit of everything. We are a renovations company and do everything from framing to paint to tile and everything in between. We are a small company and try to do one job at a time. We strive to work as efficient as possible so long Days are not usually a thing. Get in get the job done clean up and go home. Not a million breaks or long lunches, this allow as us to work 9-3 most days. We are looking for someone who is committed and not afraid to learn new things.
Duties
- Perform building material installation including flooring, tile laying, cabinetry, trim carpentry, drywall, and caulking
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete construction tasks
- Install windows, doors, cabinets, and other fixtures following specifications and safety protocols
- Conduct construction inspection to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulation.
- Collaborate with project managers to assist with construction management tasks such as estimating costs and scheduling work
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times while working with electrical systems, plumbing, or building materials
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in building construction, remodeling, or related trades
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Experience with window installation, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinet installation, and trim carpentry
- Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards or equivalent regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,400.00 per week
